Venipak, one of the largest logistics service providers in the Baltic States, implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system and now meets every quality requirement defined by this standard.

The compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality standard followed by ISO quality certification of the company guarantee that the implemented quality management system will operate effectively and every customer will receive the highest quality service.

Quality Management System ISO 9001 ensures that all the business activities of the certified company are precisely planned and balanced, the quality of the provided services is guaranteed, the duties and responsibilities of the employees are clearly defined and well-proportioned. The quality system encourages continuous growth of the company by reducing costs, boosting sales and increasing the profit margin.

Venipak decided to implement the ISO standard because the company is rapidly expanding and transporting large amounts of shipments abroad. Furthermore, ISO will simplify the participation in public procurements.

At present, Venipak LT UAB has around 600 constant clients. The company delivers shipments in Lithuania and the Baltic countries as well several other EU countries. Last spring, the company finished the expansion plan by relocating to the new and more convenient terminals. The rapid growth of Venipak LT UAB is influenced by the company’s ability to make use of the conditions that emerged during the economic recession: several successful deals were struck with the companies which decided to refuse their own car fleet in order to cut down on the transportation costs and became the customers of Venipak.
